1. INTRODUCTION

This Terms and Conditions Agreement ("Agreement") sets forth the legally binding terms governing the use of the Virent Capitals investment platform, including all associated services, tools, and digital assets (the "Platform").
By accessing or using the Platform, you ("User," "Investor," or "Client") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree to any of the provisions contained herein, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
Virent Capitals reserves the right to amend or modify this Agreement at any time, with or without prior notice, by publishing the revised version on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such modifications shall constitute acceptance of the updated terms.

2. ELIGIBILITY AND AGE RESTRICTION

2.1 Minimum Age Requirement


To use the Platform, you must:
Be at least 18 years of age or have reached the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
Not be restricted by any applicable laws from participating in cryptocurrency investments.

2.2 Restricted Jurisdictions

Virent Capitals does not provide services to users in jurisdictions where cryptocurrency trading, investing, or similar financial activities are prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws before using the Platform.

3. INVESTMENT TERMS


Mandatory Renewal: Users must reinvest at least 50% of their last investment amount upon renewal.
Bonus for Full Renewal: Users who renew with an amount equal to or greater than their last investment will receive an additional 10% bonus.
Special Boost 2X: Investors who double their last investment (on renewal or added stake) will receive an extra 10% bonus.

4. RISK DISCLOSURE AND INDEMNIFICATION

4.1 Acknowledgment of Investment Risks


By using the Platform, you acknowledge and accept the following risks:
Market Risk: Cryptocurrency values are highly volatile and may fluctuate unpredictably.
Regulatory Risk: Future changes in legal or regulatory frameworks may impact investments.
Liquidity Risk: Withdrawal requests may be subject to delays based on market conditions.
Security Risk: While we implement industry-standard security measures, there is no absolute guarantee against cyber threats, hacks, or unauthorized access.

4.2 Limitation of Liability

Virent Capitals, including its directors, officers, employees, agents, partners, and affiliates (the "Indemnified Parties"), shall not be liable for:
Any loss, damage, or financial distress resulting from investment decisions.
System failures, service disruptions, or cybersecurity breaches.
Regulatory actions that may impact the performance of investments.

4.3 Indemnification Clause


By using the Platform, you agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless the Indemnified Parties against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or related to:
Your use of the Platform and investment decisions.
Any violation of this Agreement.
Third-party disputes related to your investment activities.5. COMPLIANCE AND ANTI-FRAUD MEASURES

5.1 KYC Requirements


Users may be required to complete KYC verification to access withdrawal and investment features. This includes:
✔ Government-issued ID verification.
✔ Address confirmation.
✔ Source of funds declaration (if requested).

5.2 Prohibited Activities

Users must not engage in the following:
Money laundering, fraud, or financial crime.
Hacking, phishing, or any malicious activities targeting the Platform.
Using multiple accounts to manipulate the system.

5.3 Enforcement Actions

Virent Capitals reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent activities without prior notice.

6. ACCOUNT SECURITY AND RESPONSIBILITIES

6.1 User Responsibilities


Users must:
✔ Secure their account credentials and use strong passwords.
✔ Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced security.
✔ Promptly report any suspicious account activity.

6.2 Virent Capitals’ Liability Disclaimer

Virent Capitals shall not be liable for:
Unauthorized transactions due to negligence or compromised login credentials.
Losses resulting from phishing, hacking, or third-party breaches.

7. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Virent Capitals reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at its discretion. Any

revised version will be posted on the Platform, and continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

8. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

8.1 Applicable Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Estonia.

8.2 Dispute Resolution


Any disputes arising from the use of the Platform shall be resolved through: ✔ Negotiation and mediation (first step).
✔ Binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the laws of Estonia.
Users waive their right to participate in class-action lawsuits against Virent Capitals and its associates.
